Payment Information

Thank you for choosing us to create your custom quilt or provide quilting services. Below is an overview of how our payment process works.

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project.
You can find the deposit payment link at the bottom of each quilt request or service form.

Final Payment

Once your custom quilt or service is completed, you will receive an invoice via email that includes a secure payment link for the remaining balance.

Balance Due

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your custom item is:

• Shipped, or

• Delivered

Important Notes

• Work on your project will not begin until the deposit has been received.

• Final payment is required prior to release of your item.
